The sleeping area has additional beds for 6; twin/king, bunks, and singles.

The studio has a 3 pc bathroom with hot water on demand, is most suitable for teens or adult children, or extended family sharing.

In the living room area there is comfy sofa seating and ottomans, a large screen TV monitor (no wifi), a digital video library, and an X-box.

In the kitchenette/coffee bar corner, there are dishes, coffee/tea fixings, a mini fridge, table and seating for 6 for snacks or card games. There is an overflow refrigerator/freezer in the garage below.

The studio is a new build, with good cross ventilation, sliding glass doors onto a Juliet balcony, an oversized ceiling fan, a wood stove, and portable heaters.
